Hours of Operation

NETsec Customer Support is open from 8am to 17pm GMT +1 from Monday to Friday, excluding German holidays. For international customers, we may have support staff in your region. Contact us to find out.

Response Times

Our target response time is four hours or less for requests submitted during our regular hours of operation. Requests submitted after hours will receive a response within four hours of opening on the next business day.
