Since the year 2002 we do consulting in security affairs, including NTFS permissions, change management and directory redesign projects. Driven by our customers and our experiences we build the first permission reporter back in 2008. Now in 2012, we want to present you the third major release of this product.

• Automatically report permission changes via email directly to the data owner
• Change management: Keep track of changes, all the time
• Dive deep permissions: EPR will not just stop when reading the permissions. It will resolve any group members, even sub-groups, and sub-groups, until there are only users
• Role-Based views
  • EPR offers 3 pre-filtered views per Report, one for each of the most common roles
    • Functional Application Manager
      • This view will show only End-Users. All groups will be resolved, but groups themselves will not show up.
    • System Manager
      • This view will show only Direct Assignments. All entries found in folders ACL will be shown, but nothing resolved from AD.
    • Technical Application Manager
      
      • This view will show everything. All groups and users will be resolved and displayed in the most detail.
• Each Report, even after you filtered it the way you want, can be exported to Excel-Friendly CSV files.
